There is only one Sino-Japanese Museum in Greece, and that is in Corfu. It consists of a large collection of objects (about 10,000 different items) from Mr. Gregoris Manos. For this collection are rare pieces from the collection of Mr. N. Hatzivassiliou (200 items) is added, Mr. I. Siniosoglou and Mr P. Almanachos contributed to the Museum's collection of objects of rare value and interest. A number of findings, particularly as they areInternational importance.
The work on the issue in Sino-Japanese Museum below are distinguished by their value and interest:
- Bronze works of art, including ships from the period 1500-1027 BC Chiang
- Terracotta Vases from China, Tseou period 1027-221 BC
- Statuettes of particular interest, and a model of a house of Chinese art of the Han Dynasty (221 BC and 220 AD between)
- Clay Figurine tomb of the Tang Dynasty (618-907DC)
- Bronze Buddha seated by a Sung dynasty (960-1279 AD)
- Bronze vases, porcelain figurines and sandstone, porcelain vases with the characteristic blue color and small objects in ivory of the Ming Dynasty, a period in Chinese history, the flowering of art and the flowering of Confucian philosophy (1368 was made - 1644.)
- Small works of art, crafts semi-precious stones, ivory, decorated porcelain baseCoats-of-arms, nude female figures, small bottles, porcelain, glass and semi-precious stones, furniture, textiles and clothing from the Tsing Dynasty (1644-1912).
- Statuettes and other objects of art from the early period of Japanese (Yiayio, 250 BC to 250 AD).
- Statuettes of Japanese Kamakoura period (1192-1338 AD). Among them is a holder fierce looking wooden temple.
- Weapons and parts of samurai armor16th to 18th Century.
- The masks during performances of the theater taken from No Muramasa Asikaga dramas or period (1338-1578) and a picture of the people of Kabuki theater.
- A screen samurai pose on horseback.
- Small needle (hold medicine, and other buttons), from 17 to 19 Century.
- Painted Stamped ceramic, fans, ink pots, paintings, wooden objects, and writing.
- Woodcarvings Indian erotic content, orSymbolism, Korean screens painted sculptures in Siam, Tibet bronze statuettes, sculptures of Gadara ("the school greek-Buddhist") from other North Western India) e.
