As I write this, there is great concern about the dangers of urban life, caused by terrorist attacks against the United States. As some of you know, I was a student of disaster preparedness and real estate consultant for the "peace and survival properties" for over thirty years. At one point I had to read a list of several hundred articles for my account "survivor", check for me, so I directed them to what they like to havemore utopian place to live and safe with his family. I guess you could say that some of them were my customers - less eccentric, but the common thread was to be able to live safely and securely in relation to possible or probable threat that all their needs and desires of man made or naturally . The most common concern of those who wanted to find a better place to live, was the fear of riots and terrorism. Following the concerns of safe schools for children, alow crime, clean air, clean water, community, and very often they wanted as little interference in private life as much as possible from various government agencies. It was always the concern about the earthquake from those who came from California. There was concern about the tornado from the Middle Ages in the West. A major concern for power outages from the northern territories. Concerns about hurricanes and storms coming from those who lived nearon the coast and the South. There was also a first on the often unspoken, fear of nuclear, biological and chemical.
So, to summarize, the so-called survivalists were just people, people like the rest of us are interested in many aspects, and the people of a better life without violence and without any problems from any foreseeable natural or artificial sources. They just wanted what we all want a better life! Well, since the Sept. 11, the concerns of"Survivalists" are precisely the concern of almost everyone. We are always quite a few phone calls and thousands of contacts on our sites that are trying to get out of town and come to the country. The rural life is the way to increasingly more people. Some of those who wanted to buy made in the past, caves or mines played out giving it a cheap way to guarantee the "bunker" have. Some people have been informed by the mediaTo rebut that everyone has the bunker mentality. However, we seem to think that you should go to all our officials of numerous bunkers and shelters and safe places. Most high-ranking officials of the county, state and federal, must walk a selection of these sites safe and secure. We don 't, but we buy their retirement with our taxes. Some of these former clients wanted a special function for remote access, one with difficulty or notAccess as a winding mountain road or a tunnel on the property, it could be close to their personal safety and for his family. Some energy efficiency and many of them would have been able to grow more, or all of their food. This was always a very small percentage of accounts that were paid for these things and much less willing to, but wanted to. There are hundreds of people outside of government officials who seek a safe place in case of disaster, but few ofnever step on a purchase. In all these years of searching for "ideal" and the utopian exercises I learned a lot and finally presented seminars on several occasions. Some of them prepare for the worst and hope for the best were survivalists. Some, if this refers to personal and community preparations, such as the Mormons, conservative Christians, Buddhists, Home school, naturists, gardeners, organic, vegetarian, and many hermits hopeful againSoil, Mother Earth and all types of people fleeing the hardships and turmoil of the urban and suburban living. I found the best place, in my opinion well informed on all Sussex County, Delaware. I live here myself. I help others to move here for the same reasons, and others. I'll tell you why this area is my first choice for safety, lifestyle, safety and long-term "survival" of the type better and higher than the first distance of half a mile inlandfrom our coast, we have virtually no damage to any of the hurricanes that occasionally we had to. We have a lot of warnings, every year, but only a few storms that actually reach us or meet us. In the rare cases where the storms that you get almost always fail to reach more than half a mile from the coast. In fact, only twice since 1955, the storms have damage five miles inland, in my experience. For these two cases it was a couple of branches down and some floodingRoads or roads with little land and bridges, everything. For coastal areas, there is flood insurance, so that the houses facing the beach and businesses that were damaged have been repaired soon be required. The quality of our air is wonderful, except for one quarter mile or less along the Delaware Bay. We have some very simple and almost imperceptible antenna effluent from the Delaware City refinery in certain weather conditions, hardly anyone even know this is a minorDone. Although we are just east of Washington DC, we do not get the flow of dirty air from there. From an airplane you can stop air pollution DC Chesapeake Bay, 50 miles or more deaths in the area. The effects of tempering of the Chesapeake Bay, Delaware Bay, Atlantic and give all our countless bays inside us a climate like that of South Carolina. Thomas Jefferson gave us the nickname "Diamond State" because he found our soil and growingSeason in value as diamonds. This is due to the values rich in agriculture and horticulture, which are available in southern Delaware today as it was then. Our climate is the climate more suitable for nearly all American plants. According to the National Park Service botanist our local and state parks, the largest number of different plants have no place to land on Earth. We have a long and rich history of agriculture and a great place to learn more. We have a great boardCommunity here in southern Delaware in large part to the almost non-existent and our property taxes. Our taxes are among the lowest in the nation. As a result of this nursing home, we certainly run the situation in hospitals, numerous restaurants for every taste, theaters, many for the first time, music festivals, readings, writers groups more than a dozen bookstores, cafes, shops and a cooking the best selection of learning opportunities throughout the world. We alsohave tax free shopping in more than 200 outlets. Our lifestyle here is so that we, as Basso, slower Delaware are known relaxed. They also sell hats and shirts to celebrate with this slogan. More and more people move here to teleworking, for jobs in the world. I specialize in people teleworking affordable, beautiful homes, where they can find and enjoy the life and work at home. You can work in your pajamas, work from the pool or gardening, or even naked ifWhat do you want! We have the cable modem high-speed, in many areas of Sussex County. You rarely get much snow here. When we get a few inches or less it happened in order to make due to the warm climate and sea air, within a few hours. If someone moves here to learn how bad is the snow in the northeastern United States, often ask me what they do in preparation for the snow storms. I tell them just get a bottle of wine or two and some more logs for the fireplace. Over timeThey are made with wine and the minutes are used up front, the snow is mostly melted. Of course we are known for our beaches and our life in the summer, but you know everything about some of my other items. Give me a call or e-mail and we will find something to suit your needs and budget. But now call, in order to enjoy what we all know, the best place in America to live, work and play. My advice is to inform you survive, get outThe city now leave the city armed and have a better life. Come to Sussex County, Delaware, and get to the Lower Rhine, slower Delaware to enjoy life.
